Middle Floor Apartment · Cabopino

This attractive two bedroom apartment is located on the quiet tree lined corner of Cabopino Golf course Marbella and yet still walking distance to Cabopino Marina and beach.  What we really like about this property is that it has been improved by the current owners with a new modern open plan kitchen, a new bathroom, extra cupboards in the utility room, spot lights, a German heating system in the living area among other things.  This property has high quality, timeless marble flooring throughout and has been kept in very good condition and has not been used as a rental property.  The complex itself is gated, with elevators and included in the price is a private underground parking and a useful storeroom included in the price.  Cabopino has some of the best beaches on the costa del Sol and its own very attractive Marina it is ‌located ‌on ‌the ‌coast ‌between Fuengirola and ‌Marbella ‌and is ‌around ‌15 minutes drive ‌to each ‌and ‌around 35 minutes ‌drive to Malaga ‌airport.  ‌We ‌strongly ‌recommend ‌a ‌visit.
